Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat
Today, the “13 days Casablanca Desert tour” will start from Casablanca to the desert via Chefchaouen. Before leaving, you will visit the Hassan 2 mosque, the Ain Diab beach, the Habous neighborhoods, and the court. After visiting Casablanca, you will go to the administrative capital of Morocco, RABAT. You will visit the mausoleum of Mohamed V, the gardens of the royal palace, the Oudayas gardens, and the necropolis of Bab Chellah.

This city is located on the Atlantic coast. It was conceived at the time of the French protectorate in the early twentieth century. It embodies a distinctive architectural and decorative style characteristic of contemporary Morocco. After lunch, we will have free time. Day 2: Rabat – Chefchaouen

It offers many indigenous handicrafts that are not available elsewhere in Morocco, such as woolen clothing and woven blankets. Goat cheese from the region is popular throughout northern Morocco. Day 3: Chefchaouen
Today you will have a guided tour of the medina and free time. You will visit it on foot to explore the beautiful city with blue and white houses. You will visit the historic Kasbah, also the goat cheese cooperative. The night will be in the same Riad.

Day 4: Chefchaouen – Tangier – Asilah
The tour continues to the city of Tangier to discover its old medina. You will also explore the Mediterranean beach and the Atlantic coast. You will also visit the small cultural town of Asilah on your way. The night will be in a local riad.

Day 5: Asilah – Fes
After breakfast, you will discover Asilah in the morning then you will go to Fez. You will spend 2 nights in a local riad. On your way, you will visit Volubilis, the Roman ruins with its Galem baths. You will also pass by the sacred village of Moulay Idriss. After, you will continue to fez. The night will be in a local riad.

Day 6: Fez (Guided tour with a local guide)
Today, you will visit the city of Fez, we will visit the spiritual and cultural capital of Morocco. We spend the morning exploring the old medina of Fez, then the royal palace. We pass by the Mellah, the old Jewish quarter, and also by Bab Boujloud. We will visit the labyrinthine Fez El-Bali, the largest medina of Morocco, then the Medersas (schools) of the seventeenth century, Karaouine University. The old Medina is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This night we will spend in a local riad in the medina.

Day 7: Fez – Ifrane – Midelt – Erfoud
Today you will leave for the desert of Merzouga crossing the mountains of the Middle Atlas. You will breathe the pure air that comes from the cedar forests. Stops will be scheduled to take pictures of the panoramic views. You will cross the valley of Ziz and the palm groves of the oasis of Tafilaltet. After, you will arrive at Erfoud where you will visit the marble factory for the production of fossils. The night will be in a local riad.

Day 8: Erfoud – Merzouga
You start your day note by visiting a fossil polishing plant. After, you will continue towards the dunes of Erg Chebbi to spend a night in a luxurious bivouac. You will visit nomad tents to get an idea of ​​the nomad’s lifestyle during an off-road 4×4 tour in the breathtaking desert of Erg Chebbi. After, you will attend a Gnawas music show in the village of Khamlia. You will go for a walk if time permits in an oasis to discover the irrigation system of Roman origin. Later in the afternoon, you will leave on camels at the bivouac to spend the night under a traditional Berber tent in the middle of the dunes of Merzouga.

Day 9: Merzouga – Ouarzazate
Your tour continues today in the Moroccan desert. You enjoy the sunrise in the desert. Then, you leave the desert via the old imperial city of Morocco “Rissani” towards the spectacular gorges of Todra. After a stroll to the gorge, you will continue to the gorges Boulemane Dades where you will visit the gorge. You cross the city Kalaa Magouna and the road of a thousand Kasbahs. Kalaa Magouna is famous for its roses and its products. The trip continues to Sekoura to visit Kasbah Ameridil. Finally, you will reach Ouarzazate where you will visit the movie studios. Day 10: Ouarzazate – Marrakech
Your trip to Morocco continues via the Atlas Mountains. You will cross the N ‘Tichka pass at 2260 meters. We will visit the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou 40 km from Ouarzazate. In this village, many famous films were shot, such as The Mummy, Gladiator, and Lawrence of Arabia. You will arrive in the afternoon in Marrakech. The night will be in a riad located near the Jamaa el Fna square.

Day 11: Marrakech (Guided tour of the red city)
First, we start our visit to discover Marrakech. Visit the best places in this red city of Marrakech. We will explore Menara, the minaret of Koutoubia (Giralda twin tower in Seville, Spain).
